The Regional Adolescent Health Indaba (RAHi) is coming home to Lusaka, Zambia from 9 to 11 December 2026 for its sixth edition, and it is shaping up to be the biggest gathering of young health advocates in the region yet.

What is new this year

Beyond the plenaries, RAHi 2026 brings expanded youth-led research tracks, an exhibition village, and dedicated side events for partners working across SRHR, HIV, mental health and gender-based violence.

Every approved abstract receives a full or partial RAHi scholarship. Submitting is free and you do not need a ticket to submit.

Young researchers and community practitioners can submit a structured abstract of 150 to 300 words across four sections: background and aim, methods, results and findings, and conclusion. Presentation formats include an 8-minute oral talk, an A0 printed poster, or a digital e-poster.
