About Youth Sustained Advocacy Project YSAP
SIGHT aims to increase access to quality HIV/SRH-related services for youth while addressing systemic inequalities and barriers such as sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV). It works to reduce social barriers like stigma and the lack of youth-friendly spaces.

Improve uptake of PrEP, ART adherence, and TPT
-
Foster inclusive, youth-centered health interventions
-
Strengthen community-facility linkages and referral systems
What We Are Doing
-
Peer-Led Awareness: Peer outreach workers addressing SGBV issues through community and school awareness.
-
Clinical Linkages: Strengthening monitoring of community-based testing and facilitating home-based adherence support.
-
Marginalized Inclusion: Hosting weekly coaching sessions for homogeneous peer groups inclusive of persons with disabilities.
-
Chiefdom Dialogues: Engaging traditional leaders to integrate GBV messaging into traditional ceremonies.

"Before YLAP, we had nowhere to turn for real information about our health. Now, we know our rights and where to access youth-friendly services without fear or judgment. The weekend clinics changed everything for us!"
