This live podcast series is revolutionising the way we discuss health, specifically focusing on Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) and adolescent health and wellbeing.

The conversations happens every Friday at 14:00hrs CAT on our Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube pages. Our expert hosts and guests will dive into the most pressing health challenges facing adolescents and young people today, from mental health and relationships to reproductive rights and body autonomy.

What sets “The Real Talk” apart is its commitment to collaborative exploration of solutions. We bring together stakeholders, policymakers, and experts to share knowledge, experiences, and insights, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand.

Our target audience is adolescents and young people, and we’re dedicated to creating a safe space for open discussion and honest conversation. We believe that by empowering young people with accurate information and resources, we can create a healthier, more informed generation.

TYP360 is officially opening doors for the next generation of voices to lead our flagship program, RealTalk. As we gear up for the 2026 session, we aren’t just looking for moderators; we are looking for visionaries, fire-starters, and digital-savvy influencers ready to take this show across borders.

For the past few years, RealTalk has been the heartbeat of youth-led dialogue. Now, as we expand regionally, we need vibrant and innovative individuals from Zambia and across the African continent to join our volunteer team and help us scale new heights.
